Pollockalypse Now: Hattrick Hero Puts Case to Start, Sort Of
In a shocking turn of events, Harry Keign's doppelganger, Henrick Powluck, scored a second-half hat-trick for England, leaving everyone bewildered. When asked about his chances of starting in the next lineup, Powluck only uttered, "Cliché number 7: we'll take it one game at a time." Steve Borthbrick, the coach, was seen consulting his trusty laminated "STARTING LINEUP" card, which he uses to win arguments with his advisors, a pair of pigeons. Powluck's hat-trick has certainly made his case, but will it be enough to convince Borthbrick to start him? Only time, and Borthbrick's laminated card, will tell. As Powluck celebrated his goals, he was seen posing for selfies with the stadium seats, saying, "I'm not just a player, I'm a stadium influencer."
